FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
Add what you need to the cart and check out on this website, or call us on +94 71 302 4843 and we will take the order by phone. For a long list — a site order or a workshop restock — send it through Request a Quote and we will price the whole lot together.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, cash on delivery, and cash or card at the shop. All prices on this site are in Sri Lankan Rupees. For bank transfer we send you the account details and despatch as soon as the payment shows.
Do you give trade or bulk prices?
Yes. Builders, contractors, workshops and resellers get a quoted price on bulk orders. Send the full list through Request a Quote or WhatsApp it to +94 71 302 4843, and we will come back with a price for the order including transport.
Are the prices on the website correct?
The prices shown are our current shop prices. Hardware costs move with supplier prices and the exchange rate, so a price can change without notice, and a line can sell out in the shop before the website updates. We confirm the final price with you before despatch.
Delivery, Returns & Our Shop
Do you deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka?
Yes. We send orders by courier to every district. Around Warakapola and Kegalle we deliver with our own vehicle, which is faster and cheaper for heavy goods, and you can also collect your order from the shop at no charge. See Delivery & Payment for details.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 4.00 p.m. on a working day usually go out the same day. Courier delivery normally takes 2 to 4 working days depending on your district; local delivery is often same day or next day. Water tanks, box bar, plywood and other bulky goods travel by lorry and are arranged separately.
Can I return something?
We replace or refund anything that arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered — just tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. Because we sell hardware and building materials we cannot take back opened paint or adhesive, items cut to length, or anything already fitted or used. Full details are on our Refund & Returns Policy.
