• Order details — your name, delivery address, phone number and email when you place an order or request a quote.
• Account details — if you create an account, the username, email and addresses you save.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form, the Request a Quote form or WhatsApp.
• Usage data — pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, collected through Google Analytics.
• Cookies — small files that keep your cart, your login and your preferences working.

Why we use it

• To process, pack and deliver your order, and to contact you about it.
• To give you a price when you send a quote request.
• To answer your questions and handle returns or warranty claims.
• To keep the records a business is required to keep for accounting and tax.
• To understand which products and pages people look for, so we can stock and describe them better.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Delivery partners — the courier or transport service carrying your order gets your name, address and phone number, and nothing more.
• Payment — bank transfer and cash-on-delivery details are handled by your bank or by our staff at delivery; we do not store card numbers on this website.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics about how the site is used.
• Our hosting provider — which stores the website and its database on our behalf.

We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete the account. Contact-form and quote messages are kept for up to two years. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your account and the information tied to it, where we are not required to keep it.
• Turn off cookies in your browser settings — the cart and login will not work properly if you do.
