A pair of 18 inch drawer slides (light duty) — the runners that carry a drawer in and out of a cabinet.
Measure the cabinet depth, not the drawer, and pick the longest slide that fits inside it: a slide shorter than the drawer leaves the front unsupported when it is pulled out. Slides are always fitted as a matched pair, one per side, at the same height.
