A Watertec pillar tap (model Truflo) in chrome. It mounts through the hole in the a kitchen sink itself and stands upright over the bowl, rather than coming off the wall.
Check the tap hole and the spout reach before ordering. The Truflo range gives a taller body and more spout reach, which is what a kitchen sink needs for filling buckets and pots.
