Würth Rust-Off Plus in a 150 ml aerosol — the small can, for occasional use on seized bolts, rusted hinges, padlocks and fittings.
Spray it into the thread, give it a few minutes to creep in, then work the fastener gently back and forth rather than forcing it straight out.
Also available in a 400 ml workshop can.
