A 4½″ turbo diamond wheel — the rim is waved and segmented rather than smooth, which clears dust faster and cuts quicker through tile, concrete, brick and stone.
Turbo rims cut faster than a continuous rim but leave a slightly rougher edge, so they suit site cutting and rough openings rather than finished tile edges. For a clean glazed edge use a tile wheel.
Let the disc find its own pace, keep it moving, and wear goggles and a dust mask.
