A 12 V 7.5 Ah sealed lead-acid battery — the standard size inside most desktop UPS units, and also used in alarm panels, emergency lights, CCTV backup and small security systems.

Match the voltage and the terminal type exactly; the amp-hour rating decides how long the backup lasts. A UPS that beeps or cuts out after a few seconds almost always needs a new battery rather than a new UPS.
